By joining the Crickex Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or using the platform. These terms govern your participation in the program and define our mutual responsibilities.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements in your country. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for promoting Crickex through ethical and legal means. You must not use misleading advertising, spam, or unauthorized methods. Content must comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh and avoid promoting underage or irresponsible gambling.

3. Commission and Payment

Commissions are calculated based on net revenue generated by referred users. Payment cycles are monthly, and payouts are subject to minimum thresholds. Crickex reserves the right to adjust or withhold payments in case of fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Use of self-referrals or fake registrations
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Use of unapproved materials or branding
• Misleading promotions or unrealistic claims

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time, with or without notice, if we believe there has been a violation of the terms, abuse of the program, or fraudulent behavior. All unpaid earnings may be forfeited in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All Crickex logos, banners, and promotional materials are protected and may only be used with explicit permission. Affiliates may not modify or create derivative works of these assets without prior written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crickex is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from affiliate activities. We provide no guarantee of earnings, and participation in the program is at your own risk.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes, but it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued participation implies acceptance of the latest version.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
